PARTHENON (More measurements)

The architecture of the Parthenon







The photo was taken in October 2002 in the sekos (cella) of the Parthenon.
It shows the bottom surface of a "spondylos" (piece of a column) and the holes
that were used to connect these pieces. (For the details see the first part).
